Appointments: Psychotherapy appointments are approximately 45 minutes in length. Assessment appointments vary in length based on the type of evaluation provided. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the office at 704-458-8188. Your call will be returned within 24 - 48 hours or the next business day. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment time and to arrive on time.

Cancellations: Please remember that scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of a time specifically for you. As a courtesy to you, I do not "double book" clients for the same time slot. You have a specific appointment reserved just for you. Because of this, it is very important that you provide notice if you will not be able to show for an appointment. As a courtesy, you will receive a text message reminder of your scheduled appointment if you have given permission to so do and provided an accurate phone number. This courtesy does not alter your responsibility to give a 48-hour notice of cancelled appointments. Please note that after two late cancellations and/or no shows, you may be placed on our Do Not Schedule list. If you must cancel an appointment for any reason, please provide 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled without at least 48 hours notice will be charged a Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Fee.

Fees: Payment in full is expected at the time of service. If insurance coverage is established prior to the session, payment of any co-pay, co-insurance or amount subject to a deductible is expected at the time of service. For more information about insurance coverage, click here.  Dr. Crane accepts cash, check, and visa/mastercard payments. For more information about fees, please call the office at 704-458-8188.

Confidentiality: The confidentiality of your identity, diagnosis, and records will be strictly upheld. Your confidentiality is protected by state law and by the rules of my profession. The Policies handout that you will read and sign prior to our first session outlines the possible exceptions to confidentiality.
